1. Eat slow, chew your food and turn off the TV

  2. Drink your beverage 20 mins before your meal or 20 mins after; drinking during your meal dilutes your digestive enzymes

  3. Mix 1 tbs each of honey and apple cider vinegar in hot water and drink 20 mins before your meal

  4. Take 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar before your meal

  5. Drink peppermint tea or chamomile tea an hour after eating

  6. If you feel acid rise in your throat, drink ice water or water mixed with 1 tsp of baking soda
